Versatec Customer Support Department is staffed with highly trained technicians who are available to answer questions via phone, fax, or e-mail. If a service call is required, our technicians will arrive in a timely manner, and will remain until all problems are resolved.

Warranty Policies and Service Contracts

To better support our ever expanding customer base, the warranty and service structure was redesigned. There is no longer a registration fee for second owners of our equipment. We simply ask that you register your equipment with us free of charge so that we may better assist you in the future. For those customers who do not wish to take advantage of one of our many service contract options we still offer telephone support on a pay for time basis. Please provide all pertinent information regarding your equipment such as model, serial number, software revision, and part numbers when applicable. Also include contact information such as e-mail, phone, or fax. We will respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.
